What we do: The Lucid Group of Companies was founded in 2006 with the launch of its flagship brand, Lucid Properties Inc., which specializes in Furnished Executive Rentals.
Lucid Communities was created to develop high end condominiums for the oil company exectives on location in Fort McMurray.
Lucid has also expanded its efforts to the investment market. Lucid American Investment Fund Inc. is an RRSP eligible real estate investment fund purchasing upwards of 125 Single Family homes and condominiums in Napa Valley, Miami, Orlando, and Scottsdale.
